Chalk art

When I wrote my letter to Joel this morning I added a cartoon of the Regular show (because he references it, ‘Do me a solid’ and ‘Whhoooooh!’)

A guy was working on the concrete next door and James got an estimate for fixing our front steps and sidewalk (they settled and there was a tripping hazard), the estimate was pretty good, so we stayed here while he fixed it. It’s so nice to not worry about visitors (or us) tripping on the steps. We went to lunch at La Loma, then came home and James fixed the girls sink (it was dripping under the cabinet.) I took a picture of Sherlock and Zoe, we went by the post office and James and I stopped for a Cuban coffee.

Bethany got invited to see her friend Dani dance at the PACE center (Swan Lake, she was the black swan.) The rest of us headed downtown to the Chalk art festival (it was hot, so I wanted to go in the evening.)
